SHE NEEDS TO BE MUCH MORE VISIBLE or Nobody Knows Who She is or What She Thinks
A top performer tended to shy away from group activities and from speaking up. She was being groomed for a major leadership role in her office but needed to build her confidence.
I administered the MBTI® and we confirmed her Introverted style, her fear of saying the wrong thing or interrupting others, and her lack of confidence. I had her role play a variety of scenarios and together we developed strategies for framing and articulating her thoughts and for ultimately establishing her presence in the organization.
