I design and deliver creative, interactive workshops and training programs, in-house and off-site, for organizations wishing to help their employees succeed in today’s hectic and challenging workplace. I train supervisors and managers in group facilitation skills and interactive training methods such as role play.

I coach and mentor Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Practitioners to help them develop advanced skills.

I work with teams, using the MBTI® as a tool for understanding and leveraging the interpersonal dynamics among team members.

I work with individuals, using the MBTI® to learn more about themselves, their strengths and challenges, what careers best suit their natural personality style, and other related topics.
