After 30 years at McKinsey & Company where I founded and managed global leadership programs for senior managers, I now work independently primarily with organizations, large and small, designing and delivering training workshops dealing with a wide range of workplace issues.  I also work one-on-one administering and interpreting the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to individuals.

I am a Master Practitioner of the MBTI® and have administered and interpreted it to more than 2000 individuals around the world.  I serve as an instructor for the Association of Psychological Type International where I teach advanced courses to MBTI® practitioners.
